Derived from NLP, Time Line Therapy is based on the premise that our memories are stored in a linear pattern (i.e a timeline). I use different techniques to help you release limiting beliefs and negative emotions related to past experiences.

While this approach can be used for a wide variety of concerns, it is believed to be especially useful for those struggling with depression, anxiety and stress.

Mindfulness Training (MBCT)

Mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT) works on the quality of being present and fully engaged with whatever we’re doing at the moment — free from distraction or judgment, and aware of our thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them.

We train in this moment-to-moment awareness through meditation, allowing us to build the skill of mindfulness so that we can then apply it to everyday life.
