Spring Reset for Anxiety: Feeling On Edge in Beverley or the East Riding?

As Stress Awareness Month gets underway, I’ve been hearing from so many people right here in Beverley, Hull, Driffield and across the East Riding who say the same thing: “I just feel constantly on edge.”

Here’s a simple breathing reset I often teach in my first sessions. You can try it right now, wherever you are:
Inhale gently for 4 counts… Hold for 4… Exhale slowly for 6.
Do that 5 or 6 times and notice how your body begins to soften. It’s such a small thing, but it interrupts the stress loop and gives your mind a much-needed break.
